4. Conditions and warnings:

The vehicle can only be driven by the lessee himself or by the persons who are expressly authorized on the face of this contract, whose minimum age will be 23 years and with a minimum seniority of 3 years for 4-wheel vehicles, who are owners and are in possession of a valid and current driving license. For 125cc Scooters, it will be essential to have category A1, or to have 3 years, completed, of seniority of category B of the driving license.

4. 1. Mandatory documents

Any vehicle must be presented at all times in order to contract the rental service:

4. 3. Super Secure (Optional)

It is an optional service that exempts the Renter, when contracting it, from paying the amount at his/her expense (excess) for damages and/or losses caused to the vehicle, except for exclusions (lower parts, roofs, windows, any missing interior object).

4. 4. Charges (Optional)

Baby seat/Maxicosi: Price 4.00 euros/day with a maximum of 40.00€. Booster: 3 euros/day with a maximum of €30

Additional driver: Price €3/day, with a maximum of €30. Out of hours delivery: €30*

4. 5. Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the time of rental. Otherwise, you will be billed for the missing one plus an additional charge for refueling service, according to the current rate, and depending on the vehicle group. In any case, there will be a charge of €150 for the inappropriate use of fuel, which will be borne by the client/lessee.

The refueling charge is €5 for 2-wheel vehicles and €15 for 4-wheel vehicles.

In the event of returning the vehicle with more fuel than the initial amount, said amount will be refunded based on the market price of fuel in force at the time.
